Founded by two sisters, Muhsina and Mufeedha, from Thrissur, Kerala, our love for henna began long before Manaal Henna officially came to life in August 2019.

Henna has been a part of our lives for as long as we can remember — not just as an art form, but as a source of joy, bonding, and creativity. From a young age, we found ourselves drawn to the beauty of Mehndi, often spending hours decorating the hands of our friends, cousins, and neighbors during festive seasons, weddings, and family gatherings. What started as a fun, heartfelt tradition quickly became something much more meaningful.

With every design we created, we began to see how henna could do more than just beautify the skin — it could spark happiness, create memories, and bring people closer. It became a tool of celebration, a form of self-expression, and a way to honour our roots. Over time, this passion grew into a purpose — to share the magic of henna with others, and to offer not just a service, but an experience rooted in tradition, love, and artistry.
